Gingerbread granola yoghurt pots with cranberry compote
Christmas breakfast-time is always the one part of the big day that I overlook - having stayed up late wrapping and preparing the night before (yes, I am one of those last minute folk!). Something simple is required, but something a bit different to normal. And it has to be light enough to save room for that stomach-achingly big dinner that comes later in the day!
These granola pots are perfect as said breakfast; festive-inspired cranberry meets gingerbread granola and thick natural yoghurt layered in pretty glasses. You want a good quality thick yoghurt to create those clean lines, which is why i’m using FAGE Total. It is luxurious and creamy, and the ideal thickness to layer properly.
